1995 CS 181c

Information on tools and technology.

We will target our design this term for the 0.6 micron HP14b process. This process is almost available from MOSIS and hopefully will be by the end of term. We have the design rules, but not yet a spice file, hence we will keep simulating with the 0.8 micron HP34 parameter files for spice.
